The Scallywag Hong Kong Taxi Limited Edition is a marriage of Speyside 100% sherry cask matured single malts exclusively from Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes distilleries. The design of the label characterises the Hong Kong Red Taxi which is a common mode of transportation in the city.
With only 600 bottles produced exclusively for Hong Kong, it is bottled at 48% ABV without colouring or chill-filtration offering rich, dark colour and delectable flavour profile.
TASTING NOTES

Rich Mahogany
Nose
Richly spiced character with notes of zesty orange, milk chocolate and sweet stewed fruit.
Palate
Dark chocolate fused with spices such as nutmeg and cinamon, marmalade, sweet tobacco and juicy dates.
Finish
Long satisfying finish exposes more of the chocolate character with raisins and a citrict burst.
