Terms and Conditions

Thank you for visiting the Malt Masters website (the “Site”) of Malt Masters Limited (“Malt Masters”). By accessing the Site and using the related products and services (collectively, the “Products” or “Services”), such as placing orders on the Site, you unreservedly and irrevocably agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions” or “TOS”).

The Malt Masters reserves the right to make changes to the Site, prices of Products and Services, related policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and this TOS at any time and its sole discretion without prior notice. You are advised to check the Site from time to time to see the updates or changes to the said policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy and the TOS.

Age Restriction
The Site and related Services are intended only for the use of persons who are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 years old are prohibited from using the Site or related Services in any way.

By placing an order from the Malt Masters Site, you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age and that the person to whom any Products is being shipped is also at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order. An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at the time of delivery. This cannot be waived. If no one at least 18 years old is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left.

Payment
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal and/or Stripe. We also accept a bank-in and wire-transfer payment.

All the prices of Products listed are in HK dollar. For orders exceeding the total value of HK$20,000, please contact info@maltmastershk.com to process the order.

By placing an order using one of the above payment methods, you confirm that the credit/debit card(s) or PayPal account used is yours or that you have been authorised by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to the Malt Masters, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order.

Our payment processes meet the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry to make your shopping experience safe and secure. The Malt Masters does not store payment card information.

Shipping Information
The Malt Masters deliver goods to locations within Hong Kong only but not includes outlying islands and remote areas, such as Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Mui Wo, Peng Chau, Tai O, and other closed areas that are inaccessible by car.

We provide free shipping service and it applies to all orders with a total minimum amount of HK$1,000 for HK Island, Kowloon, and New Territories area only. Order with a total amount of below HK$1,000 is subject to HK$70 shipping fee.

The customer is requested to check the goods immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies or damages. Claims (if any) must be reported to info@maltmastershk.com within one day from the time of delivery, otherwise, the Malt Masters shall have the discretion to refuse claims after shipping.

The Malt Masters is using a third-party company on shipping Products to customers. Time and date of shipping will be notified via e-mail, SMS, or phone call. Malt Masters is not liable for any delay or non-delivery on the scheduled date due to natural or beyond control events such as typhoon, fire, flood, calamity, war, etc.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, delivery time may change without prior notice.

Return and Exchange Policy
At the Malt Masters, our goal is customer’s complete satisfaction. You can return or exchange the product purchased from us with the receipt for a refund or exchange with equivalent value and: 

• it must be no more than 7 days from the date of delivery;
• is in its original condition; and
• the product must be in a saleable condition (unopened with cap/cork, seals, labels, and original packaging intact and with no visible tampering); and
• returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For the refund of Whisky Masters Programme orders, 5% of the total amount would be charged as a handling and admin fee.
